Hi, I’m Lauren, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Advantage, specializing in the market and neighborhoods across Southern Wake County, including Holly Springs, Apex, and Fuquay-Varina. With extensive knowledge of Wake County, as well as Johnston and Harnett Counties, I’m well-equipped to help you find your dream home or sell your property with ease.

Born and raised in New York, I moved to North Carolina about ten years ago, searching across the country for the best place to raise my children. After thorough research on schools, taxes, and housing prices, I chose Apex for its remarkable growth potential. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to becoming an expert in this part of the market.

My Journey to Real Estate

With a degree in history, my professional journey began in teaching. I quickly transitioned to negotiating high-dollar settlements with the State of New York’s worker’s compensation division.

During this time, a friend introduced me to the world of real estate investment, praising the benefits of purchasing rental properties. Intrigued, I began researching and eventually started flipping homes. The thrill of transforming properties and securing deals sparked a passion that led me to a fulfilling career in real estate.

I’m also a dog mom to Koko, Hennessy, and Chewie. When we’re at home, you can find me reading or watching Netflix. I also enjoy battling the heat and clay to keep my garden thriving.
